We believe having a cocktail is about more than taking a sip of a classic beverage the bartender just made for you. It is about the experience itself: what is the story behind the name? What is the drink made of? And how? What comes straight to your mind when you taste it? How does it make you feel? (beside great of course, cause that is the basic point admit it!)

Say Hi to Anna, 30 years old, French.

Anna got a master degree in Marketing and Business Development at EDHEC Business School in Paris, France, 2014 and began her carrier as a consultant @Capgemini France. 4 years of diversified projects in France and all over the world have passed and despite the fact that everything goes perfectly, one thing seems to be missing: Anna realized overtime mixology was calling for her.
In January 2018, she decided to jump ahead and got a job as barmaid at the 153 cocktail bar in Paris Le Marais. After a year and a half, she moved to Australia and worked for 6 months at the Lui Bar, cocktail bar of the 3 hats restaurant Vue de Monde, in Melbourne, Australia (similar to Michelin 3-Star).
Back in Paris in February 2020, she finalized a project she was particularly fond of: The French Bootlegger. The latter was born in April of that same year.

Very dynamic, always smiling and constantly looking for new recipes or stories about mixology, Anna would love to share with you her experience and her universe around that delicious drink that we are used to call a C O C K T A I L
